The Idanha Hotel

This historic hotel opened in 1901 in downtown Boise, and now has apartments on the upper levels and shops on the lower levels.

Very interesting building! I like reading about its history (thanks for the link!). It would be cool to live in a "French-chateau style hotel" apartment, although it doesn't sound like the renovations were very de-luxe. I'd be a bit freaked out by the bellhop though.

Thanks, Katie. It is a cool building, but it does need some renovation work. I think I'd be freaked by the bellhop, too. In the 2nd photo, did you notice the face in the window?

Hopefully it isn't -- but you never know...
