They look sort of like deflated balloons. I like the warts -- we're so used to seeing perfect veggies, it's nice to see examples of real garden veggies.
Thanks, Katie. :) There were a lot of people in the n'hood who planted little gardens in the strip of grass between the sidewalk and street. Tomatoes, squash, peppers, zucchini, pumpkins, even broccoli.
