Some lunkers…

Big fish, aren’t they? They were painted by a group of kids as an educational project at the MK Nature Center. Fun to see the color and design choices of these young artists.

Salmon fillets, anyone?

I'll love you, dear, I'll love you till China and Africa meet and the river jumps over the mountain and the salmon sing in the street.

Delightful fish! I always enjoy art projects done by kids; there's just something so fresh and unselfconscious about what they produce. Hearing about kids at a nature center keeps me hopeful for the future as well!

I like seeing kids' art projects, too. The nature center has a great educational program for kids and adults about wildlife in Idaho and the Rocky Mt west. And it's a wonderful place to walk through.
