
This shot was taken last August when a house on our street was demolished. The original house dated from the early 1900s and was a small 2 bedroom home. It apparently had some structural problems and could not be remodeled.

They saved the original trim.

And here’s the house today.

Wow, they did a really wonderful job of restoring this house. I never would have imagined it was a complete re-do. I love the old color combo of the faded green and the red.
The house seems to be quite nice. It has a full basement and an upstairs. (We "toured" it a few times while it was being built; going in to take a peek when no one was there; we haven't seen the finished version)
