These are both delightful photos, but I really like the top one. The water patterns look like brush strokes; half painting, half photo. Hope the water isn't too cold for these birds!
Thanks, Katie. I love the patterns in the water, too. The top one reminds me of paintings of the French Impressionists. Some of these birds winter here and some live year round at the Nature Center, so the temps must be okay. There are sheltered areas available for them if it gets unusually cold.
