Hola! Began taking basic Spanish online through the BBC language website. Tonight, I learned how to give directions to a cab driver, get my hotel room (habitación), order food and drink (un bocadillo el queso, y una Cervaza, por favor), and ask for directions to local sites (Dónde está la parque Camel’s Back?) Sounds like a breath-taking trip already…
The BBC language site is very well done; interactive, fun, features several languages, also provides extra tips and historical and cultural info. It’s well worth the "journey".
