I love floating like this. Nice pix!
We had a small river in my hometown. We'd take our inner tubes as far upstream as we could carry them, then float back down. Some days were faster than others.
Fun! Reliving the days of the first French trappers, perhaps?
I looks so pretty, so green. I spent a lot of my childhood in Montana. I miss that kind of pretty.

Petrea: That's a nice memory. Some people rent inner tubes to float the Boise River, too. They often string them together, like a flotilla.
Dive: Ha! Yes, that must be the attraction. (Beavers still live along the river. However, the French trappers have become extinct -- which isn't a bad thing.)
Margaret: I also like how pretty and green it is along rivers in the west. Such a contrast to the high desert just a few miles away.
