It took me a moment to get your "electric one" reference. Ha ha! Is that a cassette tape on it as well? Creative way to direct people to use a different exit!
I think the "cassette tape" is supposed to be an electrical outlet. But the artist is not available for consultation, so we'll have to develop our own interpretations :-)
