Glory of willows
The reflections of ducks. (Duck philosophy?)
What goes around, comes around?
Beards are in this Fall - and every Fall.

Gosh, those birds are beautiful, Ms M. And it's Movember this month, so beards and moustaches are particularly popular!
Performing ducks! How charmingly odd, Ms.M.
The bottom photo looks like I will by the end of the month. I hate Movember but the office insists on assigning ridiculous comedy moustache styles to all male staff members (the women are encouraged to draw mascara 'taches or wear false ones for the end of term photo).
You know you had me at ducks, especially ducks admiring their own reflection.
Shell: I think those are Wood Ducks. They have such amazing markings, like they've been painted. And I'd forgotten about Movember until you and Dive reminded me.
Dive: It was like a duck circus that day (perhaps for the benefit of Mr. Kite??) As far as Movemeber: We want to see pictures!
Altadenhiker: The ducks had Attitude, even if some were miming Narcissus.
Love ducks!
Yay for ducks!
I remember those seed pods from growing up in the Midwest. So beautiful. Now I'm going to look up Movember because I have no idea what you're talking about.
I love the way the seed pods look, too. I think they may be milkweed plant?
I think Dive "did" Movember last year when he and his office mates grew out their facial hair:

I remember now, and I believe he's doing it again. Grumpy about it, too.
Of course he is! ;-)
