Locust blossoms at sunset

To get the full effect, click on the photos to enlarge them. The way the blossoms caught the sunset glow was magnifique!

Have a beautiful week.

how edges glow
spring all edges
edginess not nervous

Oh, isn't that gorgeous. I've never heard of this tree -- must google.

Thank you, Anon. Your poem glows....

Karin, I think they are Black Locust trees. The blossoms have a heavy scent. In the fall, the leaves turn golden.

So pretty. Like Hiker, I don't know this tree. I am impressed. You got a poem for a comment!

Thanks, Margaret.
Anon often leaves me poems for comment (Anon happens to live in the same household ;-) )

Great series of photos -- fun to see the light fade and the colors change on the tree. And I can't BELIEVE that I didn't know that all your fabulous Anon poems were not so anonymous to you! Wow, what talent!! You should do a book with an assortment of the poems with your photos.

Thanks, Katie. Yes, Anon has been "hiding out" here with me all this time :-)
That's an interesting idea about doing a book together; I'll pass that along to Anon.

Thank you, Shell. I'll pass along your kind words to Anon. He'll be pleased. A happy Friday to you, too!
