Gorgeous bottles! Always good to have something to brighten things up in the winter. I hope you get sunlight making prisms through the bottle stoppers.

Thank you, Katie :) I love funky bottles like these. The light sometimes does make prisms of color through the tops.

There's nothing like winter light, is there?

I collect antique bottles--not exactly like these, but they reflect and refract light as nicely.

You're right about winter light, Petrea. That's cool that you collect antique bottles. They are so fascinating! Have you ever photographed them?

I photographed some of my collection once for a theme day.

I have some of the old brown ones, too, but for that shot I liked what the light was doing to the soft colors.

Hi Petrea, I checked the blog entry you linked, and I remember that photo. The light was wonderful; they looked misty, rather pastel-like. Thanks for posting that :)
