The goslings are teenagers!
High coo.
Karin: Yes, teens already. Where does the time go??Petrea: Too coo... ;)Mourning doves are poetic, aren't they...their call reminds me of the sound of a wooden flute.
Hahaha, Petrea.Love the muted blues, Ms.M. You are lucky to have mourning doves; ours just hoot. Loudly. A lot.
I love birds, although I don't know much about them. I am especially find of finches. We get a lot of them here.
So, Dive, do you have "hooting doves" nesting outside your window?I like watching finches, too, Margaret. At my office, we had some who built nests in the awning. We closed the blinds to just a crack so we could peek in and watch the chicks grow.
Love to see the goose family heads for the pond and the photos of the doves too! Such lovely bucolic pictures!Have a nice week ahead. :)
Thank you, Sonia. I hope you've had a good weekend, too. :-)
