Cloud acrobatics

Dramatic performance of clouds and light at dusk. I think Vincent Van Gogh would have liked this:

I often think that the night is more alive and more richly colored than the day.
--VVG

Swirling like dancers....

Ghosts of Fred and Ginger?

For my part I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of the stars makes me dream. --VVG

Stars, as well as clouds and light and rain, bring me dreams. How about you?

I love "sky-watching". No dreams, but often meditative moments.

Beautifully seen and photographed.

This is so lovely. Makes me want to go outside and lie in the grass.

Oh, pretty! I hope my sky is paying attention. A bit of blue would be nice...

Much as I'd love to say something as beautiful as Anon, I have to confess my first reaction was "Oh, wow! Mountain clouds are spiffy!"
So much for a classical education.

These are gorgeous, Ms.M.

Sheila: Yes, skywatching brings wonderful meditative moments. I was lucky to have a camera with me.

Margaret: It would be dreamy to lie in the grass and watch clouds swirl...

Extraordinary imagery, Anon! Especially the ink brush paintings.

Shell: I'll send some blue sky your way!

Dive: We aren't all as poetic as Anon, but we can try for "spiffy". ;-) These are definitely Wow Clouds.
